Shipping:

Shipping to the contiguous 48 states is only $5.99 per order. All others will pay actual shipping charges and will be applied when processed. We will notify with the exact amount before shipment. We ship to all of the United States and Canada at this time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns and exchanges must be preapproved by contacting ScrapNSave.com within 10 days of the original ship date. If approved, there is a 15% restock fee on all non-defective products. Custom made diecuts, all stickers and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds will be in the form of store credit only. When returning a product, you may want to insure your shipment as we cannot be liable for not receiving your package.

Payment Methods:

ScrapNSave.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. ALL checks and money orders must be made payable to cash. See above for the address. Personal checks will delay shipping due to the clearing time with the bank.

Back Orders:

Back orders will be cancelled unless otherwise noted on your packing slip. Occasionally, we do have some one time special product, which once they are gone, they're gone.
